These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of preopdoc.com (the "Site"), operated by Comprehensive Vascular Care, P.A. d/b/a Preop Doc. By using this Site, you agree to these Terms.

Content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. It is not a substitute for evaluation by a licensed physician. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition or before making decisions about your surgical clearance.
No physician-patient relationship is established with Comprehensive Vascular Care, P.A. d/b/a Preop Doc, or with Dr. Ashby, until a formal telehealth or in-person consultation has been completed.

Submitting a referral or completing an evaluation through Preop Doc does not guarantee that you will be approved or cleared for surgery. We are not responsible if your surgeon or surgical center does not accept our evaluation results. Our evaluations are based on the information provided and available medical standards — we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

Payment for evaluation services is due at the time of service. We do not accept insurance. All fees are final and non-refundable, and prices are non-negotiable. Any payment disputes or chargebacks will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law. Diagnostic studies or additional visits required by any physician are separate from our evaluation fee and are not covered by insurance.

Evaluations may be conducted by telemedicine, in compliance with HIPAA. When diagnostic studies are performed by third-party providers — such as imaging or lab partners — Preop Doc is not responsible for their actions, errors, or omissions.

• Telehealth visits require a stable phone or internet connection and are conducted through secure, HIPAA-compliant channels.
  

• Results from third-party diagnostic providers are coordinated on your behalf but are not guaranteed by Preop Doc.
  

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Comprehensive Vascular Care, P.A. d/b/a Preop Doc is not liable for any outcomes related to your surgery, including complications, delays, or cancellations. Use of this Site and our services is at your own discretion and risk.
